Chapter 13 Debtor's Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations and Section 522(q)

The Chapter 13 Debtor's Certification Regarding Domestic Support Obligations and Section 552(q) must be filed for all chapter 13 cases in order for the debtor to obtain a discharge under 1328(a). File Local Form 13-15.

 

Notice of Completion of Plan Payments

If the trustee has NOT filed a Notice of Completion of Plan Payments or the debtor has not filed a motion for entry of Chapter 13 Discharge and Certification of Plan Payments, CM/ECF will not allow you to file this document.
